I can’t say this is a common question because most assume they know based off their own experiences. While what they know is not wrong, it is often incomplete. I have been known to say that if HR is doing a good job, much of that hard work is never seen or even thought of. When the hard work appears to be easy is when your HR team has the capacity to be more visible with the notable “fun stuff”, the culture building, the experience cultivating.

Fundamental to this acknowledgment is the significance of strategic thinking not only for these functions to be seamless but also to understand how integral it plays into the organizational goals.
